1. Admission Requirements: Admission to the 2-year D.El.Ed. program follows the rules set by the Government of West Bengal, under the direction of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE). The examination and selection processes are strictly managed by the board.
2. General Code of Conduct
Disciplinary Expectations: Students need to maintain proper behavior while on campus. This includes being on time for all academic and extracurricular activities, treating faculty and peers with respect, and following campus rules at all times.
Identification Policy: Students must carry their institute-issued ID cards and show them when asked by staff or authorities.
Attendance Protocol: Regular attendance according to the college’s attendance policy is required. Absences without a valid reason may lead to academic penalties or affect eligibility for exams.
3. Academic Compliance and Examinations
Affiliation & Recognition: The college is affiliated with the University of Burdwan and is approved by N.C.T.E. This ensures that the academic framework meets national and state quality standards.
Syllabus and Exams: All students must follow the prescribed syllabus for their specific courses (B.Ed. or D.El.Ed.). The university and WBBPE oversee the examination schedules, formats, and evaluation methods.

4. Fee Payments & Refund Policy
Mode of Payment: All fees must be paid using the institute’s designated bank account or through approved online portals.
